NextRev connects to the dialer, CRM, and quoting tools you have today. There are three ways in, depending on how much your phone system will hand over. Every one of them puts the cheat sheet in front of your agents. The more audio we can reach, the more of the work fills itself.

Three ways NextRev connects to your calls

Pick the one your phone system allows today. You can move up a tier whenever you are ready.

Live media, the full version

Your platform streams the call to NextRev as it happens, over SIPREC or a media-stream API. SIPREC is the IETF's Session Recording Protocol (RFC 7866) for delivering a call's real-time media and metadata to a recording endpoint. With live audio, the cheat sheet fills itself as the customer talks, and the post-call drafting is finished the moment the call ends.

Recordings only, after the call

No live audio. Your platform sends the finished recording when the call ends, through a status-callback webhook or a recordings API, the same way common voice platforms hand off a file with a link to download it. Agents work the cheat sheet during the call, and the recording powers complete post-call drafting once it lands.

Locked vendor box, start anyway

Some phone systems will not open up audio or recordings yet. NextRev still runs as an agent-driven cheat sheet with light capture, so your floor gets value on day one. When your vendor or your contract frees up the audio, you switch on the rest without changing how agents work.

Every tier gets the cheat sheet. Live audio is the bonus that fills it for the agent instead of with the agent. Start where your stack allows and move up when you are ready.

NextRev sits beside your stack and connects through the same interfaces your other tools use. No rip-and-replace.

Your phone system

Live audio comes in over SIPREC or a media-stream API. Recordings come in over a status-callback webhook or a recordings API. These are standard interfaces on common dialers and cloud voice platforms, so connecting NextRev does not mean replacing your phone system.

CRMs

Your CRM

NextRev writes the record back through your CRM's own API. That is the same create and update call any integration uses: a POST to create a record, a PATCH to update one, on platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot. Nothing writes until an agent approves it.

QUOTING TOOLS

Your quoting tools

The draft lands with the fields your quoting tool expects, ready to push through its import path or API where one exists, or to paste where one does not. Your agent stays in the tool they already know.

DEPLOYMENT

No rip-and-replace

NextRev reads only what you allow and writes only after an agent approves. Your dialer, CRM, and quoting tools stay exactly where they are. You can start read-only and add write-back when you are ready.

How the access decides what you get

The deeper your phone system lets us reach, the more of the after-call work happens on its own. None of it changes the tools your agents touch.

SIPREC and media-stream APIs carry the call's real-time media to a listening endpoint, so the cheat sheet and the drafting both run off what is being said.
